KATIE ARMIGER ASKS FANS TO HELP NAME HER
THIRD STUDIO ALBUM SET FOR RELEASE OCTOBER 5TH
July 14, 2010 –
Rising country artist Katie Armiger announced today that she will be releasing
her third studio album on Cold River Records October 5th. In an
effort to include the fans that have helped make Katie one of the highest
charting independent female artists in country music Katie is teaming up with
GACTV.com to have fans help name her album.
Starting today through July 28th
fans can go to http://blog.gactv.com/blog/2010/07/14/help-katie-pick-her-new-album-title/and cast their vote for one
of three possible album titles.
“I’m really
excited about the new music. I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to work
with so many truly amazing and inspiring people,” said Katie. “I thought this
was a great way to get everyone who has helped get me where I am today involved
in the process by helping to choose my album title. I cannot wait to see what
they pick!”

Katie wrote nine of the
thirteen tracks on the as of yet unnamed album that will include her hit
singles “Kiss Me Now” and “Leaving Home,” which was chosen by over twenty high
schools across the country as the 2010 graduation song.
